  1. If you like long frames, then get a koxx levelboss 20" long
  2. I think you'd be better off with a short bike, but it really is down to testing out a short bike and a long bike, i personally think long bikes are better for back hopping, as it is easier to balance but then again i am 6ft 0".
  3. Onza Limey, obviously. The name "Da Bomb" gives away its quality. (A)
  4. From my friends and older brother, plasma pads are some of the best pads out there, echo pads are also good for £17 on www.selectbikes.com, hope this is helpful.
  5. I use Koxx Bloxx with a light grind and a bit of tar from time to time, i think they are great.
  6. Yeah, i geuss its a matter of opinion, they can both be equal depending on your setup.
  7. Yeah i suppose your right, i prefer having/using both. It also depends what you are bleeding your brakes with and like l33th3tr33 said, it depends how good your pads are.
  8. Hey, recently got a new bike, its second hand and its got a grind on the rim, its good but i still use tar, what do you think is better? A grind or tar? Or both?
  9. Great idea, put my name down: James Brown Leicestershire Mountsorrel
  10. I think you'd get worse abuse shouted at you than " Wheres your seat!?" whilst riding a trials bike, But that doesnt stop it being funky.
  11. Sorry, i should have specified. I meant when i have had a go on a T Pro and a T Bird and the T Pro is a longer, better feeling frame in my opinion.
  12. Well, Tom my new levelboss is the right kind of length, its the long so it feels much better on the back wheel. My brothers got the short Levelboss and its slightly harder to get the correct sweet spot for balance when pedal hopping. So in my opinion it'd be better to get the long if you get the choice.
  13. Yeah, id go for a t-pro. Ive had friends who have rode Onza t-pros and they are pretty good for a starter bike; nice long frame which makes it easier to balance on your back wheel whilst you are pedal hopping, its also quite a light onza in my opinion. So, my opinion is get the T-pro!
  14. Thank you, in the new video you will expect bigger gaps, sidehops, higher backwheels
  15. Hey, thanks for clicking on this topic, ive made a new video out of all the rubbishy clips at the begining of the summer, are riding improved at the end but unfortunatly my camera got stolen so , but i have a new one now and a new video is on its way. 18. cheers mate, we do motorbike trials to which does improve your balance.
  19. not sure erm must be getting on for 6 months to a year
  20. Basicly, i rode trials about 2 years ago, posted a vid up and it was crap, it was my first vid. I stopped trialing for about a year or so and now i dirt jump and ride trials..and free run lol. But anyway my team is called elite trials and we have sort of made a video which is like a year old and i want people to watch it and post comments either on you tube or on here...thanks. Click here to watch p.s i will try and get the old crappy vid back to show how much ive improved, if any. It says weedonwheels in the video becuase that was the name of our old dirt jump and trials team but now its just dirt jumping. Heres my first ever vid
  21. maybe watch videos of trials riding on youtube, or search 'learn to pedal hop'' or ''how to pedal hop'' and watch better riders pedal hop (or as i call it ''skipy'') But theres nothing to it really you just hover your finger over the rear brake leaver pedal and pull up really then pull the back brake in when landing and make sure you are leaning back enough to continuosly skipy/pedal hop
  22. my first bike was a monty x-hydra,which was past down to me from my older brother when he got his koxx levelboss, which he got in 2006 and still rides today, then i got a monty x lite 2003 in 06 and still ride today, it was second hand and i got it for 400
  23. yeah we are still in the area, but about 3 miles from loughborough weve rode there before might do again when the weather is a little better maybe in halfterm
