Hey guys. When I'm on the rear wheel, I can hear a kind of rattling sound, through checking my components, i've managed to conclude that it's coming from the BB area. Could it be loose or something along the lines? Only had the bike for a month, sooo Any help appreciated Dean

Agreed ^. The tensile is really an awesome freewheel, so i'm pretty glad to see more variety in choice now. Stock riders can now use this freewheel more easily

Its not the fact that it was two weeks that bothered me really. It's the fact that he said it would be sent that day, and I never recieved it. He later admitted not sending it. I think thats disgraceful customer service, dont you?

Basically, as some of you will know I needed a new brake lever for my rear brake, I contacted magura and was told that it would be sent, just over 2 weeks ago now. I rang up thursday, (still with no lever), and had one for Friday morning. as you can probably imagine, i'm pretty livid that i've not yet been able to ride through the school holidays, as are my parents cos they've had to listen to be constantly bitching on and generally being a little b*****d about the whole situation. In short, my parents are very eager to speak to magura regarding some kind of compensatory gesture, can anyone see this going anywhere? Many thanks at this later then normal hour. Dean x
