  1. the soyo grips are really good thin and hell of a grip can be sore at times https://sslrelay.com/s90248139.oneandonesho...ndex.shopscript
  2. yea thats what i used for a good line for single speed
  3. Grease up the little o ring on the back of the cnc backings that stops it from sticking and breaking Coust pads are the stuff mines even honk in the soaking wet Any pad material will fit if not cut it to fit i dont use glue in mine and to melt the glue put it in the oven
  4. yea you can when you buy them you can have the choice
  5. Are your koxx forx disk or maguras cause the ones i got the maguras, dont line up to the rim very well so the pads touch the rim squint, as if they welded the mounts slightly to high, are they all the same or do i have a duff pair
  6. I was wondering what is the hardest move to practice and how do you go about it. I have a few side hop, wheels swaps, but i am not brilliantand only 5"4 , so whats your hardest move?

    Snail Cams

CNC Snail cams -The ridged one is for the drive side to stop the wheel moving/chain going slack and the smooth on the other side is for fine adjustment so your brake dont rub cause ridges are realy hard to adjust. I think its a really effective but simple idea and also they weigh nothing and really work well, i think thats what on the new koxx bikes!!!

    Snail Cams

I used try - all ones and they moved all the time. Now i got theses and work a treat CNC Snail Cams
  9. Clean bikes sell the correct monty ones with the small bolts and the fit to the outside of the frame this is why the axle will be bigger
  10. This is the way i see it: experiment Feet in Middle of pedles - Place feet on the ground flat , curl your toes up the sky and try jump your highest Balls of your feet on pedles- Now stand with the heels up of the ground slightly and on your balls of your feet and jump you will jump so much higher and easyer the achellies is the one strongest muscle in your body so by using the balls of your feet you use the achellies giving you more spring, but if you use the flats of your feet you use only your thighs and not both
  11. I used that set up and work great prob. the best yet, then i got coust and worked great for the first few days and have fadded in power after a while but my rim is neeeding a good grind been 6-8 months so will try that and see
  12. move the cog out by using s/s speed spacers dmr do them they have 3 one thick 2 thin or get a old casset and split it and use the spacers from it, also get a longer bottom bracket i had to get a 127mm for the caisso which done the job
  13. I am just back from oz and we stayed in mornington south of melbourne. I would recomend you see Rye beach and go to Arthurs seat which is about 1 hour drive from melbourne. Arthurs seat is the highest view point amazing views i would also recomend the Grand Casino in melbourne in the big shopping mall and the puffin billy steam train was a nice relaxing day to through the forrest thats in dandenong the tree hugers place lol
  14. i am not a big fan of horizontal dropouts cause the 1 the force on the chain moves the wheel causing the chain to be slack and the brake rubbing 2 snail cams are not strong enough always let the wheel move 3 running discs would be problem with chain stretch so a fixed drop out (normal) would solve this and use a eccentric bb could solve the problem and have the axles all standard sizes and also there would be no movement of the wheel that was my thinking or go down mr leesons road
  15. I was looking at single speed dirt jumping bike the other day and noticed it had no chain tensioner it used a eccentric bottom bracket is this the way forward?

  20. i wear them 90% of the time only really hot sticky days a dont. I stopped wearing them for 1 year and i really regret it now, my legs are a complete mess and i feel embarassed telling people where i got my scars from so the last few years i have been wearing them and i also feel more confident too. I thought i was manlly now i feel like a fool so wear them!!!!
  21. Go single speed, that sheds loads of weight esecially at the rear, lighter rims/ hubs, cranks ,forks, tyres michillan hot s 800g, just do some research and compair weights i think my caisso was 10kg http://weightweenies.starbike.com/listings.php
  22. I didnt want to pay 45 for monty pedals when you get the same vp with 2 cages so i modified them. i run single cage i got aluminium tube from b and q and made up spacers and also if you have monty pedals you could file/buff the spacers smaller or use brake clamp bolts which go right through to save them from stripping
  23. where can i get a hold of coust pads for my cnc backings heatsink have stopped the mail order. Even normal ones will do any ideas?
