i have used onza mags£45 and the pins got ripped out so i now run single cages and replace the cage every 6 months which cost £3 and grease the bearings at 6 months using a old cap with a drilled hole and grease gun so its like a new pair of pedals every 6 months for £3 and plus the complete pedals new are £12 so it would take many years to add up to the price of the onza mags which lasted only 8 months and also to convert double to single go to b&q and get the alu tubing and cut spacers like the monty ones that cost £45

its a guy i heard him talking when he was ridding the monster boy i used to think is was a girl but then there was a deep voice but you never know.

i think the england team have no passion. Its all about winning and the money. if you asked any of the england players to play and not get payed would they just play for Pride? I think we dont really care to much win/loose, wins a plus but we are just there to play for the country and try make us proud!!!

i have one of those and mines is doing the same the media player i had to use is jukebox v9.0 i can put songs on put they wont play through the headphones but plays through the computer so i bought a sony that needs no software to transfere, just plug in and pull the music into it

I overheard one of the officials at the fort william champs for trials to be in the olympics it would have to have one set of rules and biu and uci would merge and may also mergre 20/26 classes this could be a transition in to this? Hope so i would like to see trials in the olympics

I have several pairs of these pedals now and the bearings keep going on them and last a month before they start to creak like mad. I heard if you pump grease in some how, dont know how though, it will help or would it be better replacing the bearings and if so what size?

See in kennys footage at 3 min were he gaps the pink pole to the log well the second time around the judge said it was out the boundaries and he was to go to the second pink pole then the log and gave him a 5 for it but the first time in the vid he lets him do it, i was raging at that and so was kenny, i think is was poorly laid out

The footage is brill. Gilles hook in the final was wow!! i was right next to it lol, overall a top week of high level ridding

Varible speed angle grinder is ideal. i think a slow speed would be better or get air grinder and turn the pressure down

I saw Benito shout at the judge "were is the finish" at the semi in the rock section and also kenny 5 at the nissan jeep on his second run cause he went the wrong way but on his first run he went the same way and was allowed to pass through mmm weird. I saw kenny shouting at the bbc camera man in the man made concrete section before he hooked it and the camera man got hauled out the way lol.
