-
its funny you should mention that, because it was me who asked for a one of bolt up six speed hub from my mate at hope who is the designer..............then he made one and they are going into production.......... ash

this topic has got out of hand..............theres a hell of a lot of bullshit thats not needed in this topic, for gods sake its a hub..........if people dont want to use the hub then they wont, at the end of the day its every one to there own. i will always stick with hope due to the fact that i test for them......... most people who got things to test would take up the offer, i didnt see the need for chris king to be brought into this topic though, its gone far from the point of informing people that a new hub will soon be on the market, and another thing, the only people who can comment on the performance of this hub is the people who tested it and have used one, on this forum i believe this to be me waynio matt holdsworth and now stan shaw, dur to tarty recieving some prototypes the only things the others can comment on is looks of the hub, because you have to ride the hub to know what it feels like but to be honest some of you people just like to cause arguments over nothing............ chill ash

listen pal, i probably know a lot more about hubs and design of hubs than you do............ ive used a hell of a lot of hubs that are on the market, infact every hope model going......... ive never had a problem with any of them.......ive used kings....... and profiles ..these are not stronger than the new hope hub.......it has been proven when we did the torque testing on a king hub against the pro 2 t and pro 2 model hubs........ the design in my oppinion, being an enginner myself and having helped hope develop this new hub, is stronger than a king design, the springs are amazingly stiff, if you dont believe me, just ask waynio , ali c or matt holdsworth what they all think of the pro 2............. the ratchet design will be proven over time....... i know which i would rather use......... and which has better customer service hope all the way ash
-
any questions about this hub ask me............i use them........ along with wayne and matt holdsworth for me it is the best hub i have ever used on the rear............pick up is nice and strong with no skipping yet ash good things come to those who wait

i really enjoyed today, i struggled but to be honset i enjoyed it.......... ive damaged my shoulder but that will repair............... the mud was a bit annoying for me, but id like to say thankyou to the organisers and section setters/ observers. the difficulty for me was not bad, it was the mud.............. but what was going on in section 9? the inter was harder than the expert at the beginning................ oh well.......... i gave it sum pasty and made it second lap probably due to stedman shouting at the back of me.......... cheers ash top trial

Anybody Know The Size Of The Freewheel Attatchment On Cranks?
Ashley Smith replied to pogonation's topic in Trials Chat
the crank thread is 1.37 " x 24 TPI, so really you want to machine a hole around 35mm for the bore of the bash ash -
im pretty sure that a bash ring and a freewheel/ fixed sprocket will fit on an echo cnc crank arm ash
