I don't think I am going to be going now, think it will be to harsh on my wrist and I REALY don't want to screw it up as that would fook over my whole summer! Easiest way is to pull out the rubber and push it out, then glue the rubber back in. I have had this trouble with heatsink backings before, but oh well Adam

That frame does look good, but it looks alot longer than 1075mm...... Frame kits can be a good idea, but they need to be aimed at the right people... Adam

Heavy weight/Super Heavy weight, sumehow not surprised Adam Surely you would not have been clinicly obese at that weight I am 6ft4 and curently weigh in at around 20st6lbs ish but to be honest i have never been to see anyone to actualy see what i am, but to be honest i don't care I am on the weight loose mission at the moment, say hello to a 4st lighter bigman by october Adam

I voted Coust CNC, I had a set a while back on my simtra on a koxx rim, and I have to say it must have been one of the best brakes I have ever used, and it must have been the best brake I have ever used in the wet, seriously good! although maybe abit loud.... I am going back to that setup when i sort a new frame out. Ada,

Right, as many people know i have an 07 czar, and look what i found on it today after Ali C said to check.... Obviously the crack is circled, and quite obvious, it is where the chainstay is welded onto the yoke, Ali's went there too.... Adam
