I concour, i am gunna take the view that unfortunatly the postal service does seem to be a little faithless at the moment, lets hope my passport gets to where it is going..... Also bored and stopping..... Adam

It is a shame that the postal service has dropped into such direstraits, by the sounds of it, it would not surprise me if the parcel did not turn up till september, it seems that there are more than 99 problems that they are struggling to sort out. If you hold out you may get the parcel, unless it is on a scooter jumping all over the world as that would not be great, might not see it till next september then! You may as well sit down, eat your pork and beans, listen to some Maroon 5, it might be worth checking the address it was sent too, maybe accidently it went to warwick avenue where the recipient of said parcel may have said thats not my name, but it can stay with me, if that is the case you may be a little f**ked..... But you know the royal mail, they will have a bunch of daft punk's delivering post, no doubt giving out "attempted deliveries" all day, and when every i have been to a sorting office it always looks to be run by a bunch of gorillaz who have no idea what you want or how to do it! If thier is a lost pacel ho do you not know that there could have been a massive attack on the local sorting off, or a strike or something, it is would checking the newpapers. Should have sent it via a jet, air mail rules these days, even for internal post! Has mike said anything about the parcel possibly doing a perfect circle and ending up back at him, or is he keeping quiet? I agree with partz that the queen would not be happy with this situation, must be making her very uncomfortable in her silverchair! lets just hope that she doesn't have any strokes, that would be bad for all of us! Unfortunatly the thrills of delivering the post are not something i get myself, also as partz said it would maybe be worth getting rowan in on the case, he does seem to be the postal service know it all This whole ordeal seems almost as if it was the wurzels that have been handling everything! Thats about what i would expect though Ash! If i were you i would try and get on your parents insurance for a couple of years then hope that they do a deal where if you stay with that insurer they would give you the no claims you could have earnt, thats what mine did, insurance was £1000 fully comp on the Audi last year, this year i changed insurer and it has gone down to £460 fully comp Adam

Not sure on the looks of the frames, and if they are magnalium or whatever it is i am sure they will snap like alot of the DOB frames i have seen Yes maybe but for 26inch it limits you to what rear hubs you can run, especialy if you do not like freewheels. Adam

Where To Ride Natural In Midlands
Bigman replied to cruiserweight14's topic in Member Organised Rides
As far as i am aware you don't need permission, i have ridden there a few times and have had no trouble. Nearest postcode is the new sainsburys which is at the bottom of a hill next to the trainstation, the hill is a brand new road, if you head to the top of that it comes out right opposite the entrance to the quarry, postcode is: DE4 3SP Adam -
A few of us are planning on heading to Matlock on sunday the 13th, anybody fancy joining us? Adam

How Can I Make My Bike Lighter Without Drilling Anything
Bigman replied to gu trials's topic in Trials Chat
Some possibilities: gu le 08 frame Not much you can do with the frame, maybe stop running the bash plate and run a bash on the cranks instead. echo disk forks echo hedset These are fairly heavy, replace it with maybe a Meta or Tensile both of those are fairly light. echo tough bars echo external bb Quite heavy i think, best bet going for an echo internal or trialtech M15 gu cnc'd cranks Again quite heavy, could replace with Trialtech cranks if on a budget or Try-all, run an screw on cog and something like a trialtech bash. rear wheel: tryall rim..king hub Get rid of whatever rim tape you are running and get some wide clear packing tape, much lighter. front wheel: tryall rim.. echo hub rear brake magura front brake bb7 BB7's are fairly heavy, Hope mono trials are lighter. dmr v8 pedels replace with Welgo Mg1's grips- token lock ons Get rid of lockons, get some trialtech foams they rule! What tyres do you run? maybe cut off every other knobble around the sides, makes them lighter but also more grippy Thats about all i can think of at the moment, i am not sure how much you would actualy save but it would be abit. Looks realy nice there Dave, is that a full set of DOB rims and DOB forks? If they are DOB forks be careful with them, i have not heard great things about them Adam
