  1. Surely the whole point of custom geo is so that you can have exactly what you want, whats the point in getting it if you don't know what geto to have??? Adam
  2. It wasn't actualy mega light, i think at one stage it was 9.8, if it was built with the bits i am running currently it would be down around 9.4 - 9.5ish Adam
  3. Why would they make the piston last longer than the heatsinks? after all they are both CNC backings, If anything i think they may cause it to break sooner as there seems to be a little more movement of the pads on the piston and between the guides on the cylinders. I am not bashing Mikes backings, they are very nice, but i don't think they are quite 100%..... Then again i am a big rider which means my brakes do experience alot of force..... Adam
  4. I had 2 - 3 sets of calipers get broken, the prongs that guide the pad broke off...... They have not had enough time yet, mine usualy broke after 5-6 months of constant use of the CNC backings. Adam
  5. I will come! Balls to brum or liecester on saturday! EDIT: Just checked the weather, doesn't look that great for sunday, saturday looks good though..... Adam

  10. Pretty sure it actualy says 36.6 on it, so i am guessing it might be a budget freewheel for some of thier lower end bikes.... Adam
  11. Some good riding there Danny, but my ears are now bleeding!! Not realy the sort of music for a riding vid in my oppinion... Adam
  12. The conti's are not actualy that great, they are fairly light, but not very grippy. I would say get a try-all tyre, about the best about at the moment. Adam

  17. Rear rim took 1hr30, front maybe 3hrs including making it single walled (big job on a DX32 because they are tripple box section!), so not too bad realy.... Adam
  18. Unless you have one of these: Which gives you a rim looking like this: You are only realy left with a file or dremel, you could also do it by drilling 4 holes where you want the corners to be and them joining with a jacksaw, still alot of effort though. I have done a rim using a file before, was lots of effort and took a long time, 8-10hrs! Adam
  19. Looks awsome Andrew! The blue does look good! Adam

  22. I would expect it to slip after a King Uk service to be honest, they would have used the special ring drive lube as specified by CK, this is perfectly fine for XC etc but for trials it is too thick, i tend to used very light oil in my hub. My hub gave my trouble when i first got it, but after a new set of drive rings it was spot on, lasted 3.5 years before another new set of rings was needed, love my hub, but i haven't realy ridden any other setups properly to compare. People say about Pro 2's being reliable, its ok if you don't mind re-building your wheel every time you crack a hub sheel, which seems to happen with the old and new style ones...... Adam
  23. My 26inch koxx forks were VERY good, lasted me longer than my Atomz forks did! Adam
