I dont think you can, not had any done at my local shop yet. But it is common for people to have a coloured or black line either over the top or along side the UV line to see it, Actually on second thought i think u can see them but not clearly, kinda looks like a scar. If they were completly invisable id get them put under other tattoos to make secret messages, like invisible ink but more painfull.
