You are eating a proper meal before you go out with ur missus aint you. Also a tip i also found worked for me is have a glass of milk before you go out, it lines the inside of your stomach, reducing the chance of sickness. Best thing is go out with a laid back attitude and dont worry, when ur with m8's u aint thinking about the drink, your thinking about having a good time and relaxing, you need to do the same with your missus and her mates Or possibly the most sensible idea is stick to coke, yeah you will get some stick for it but just find an excuse or be honest, you aint in a drinking mood, chances are the people who rip into you will be flat out comotosed with liquor by the end of night......speaks for itself really. I used to be a fair heavy drinker and could handle plenty. Still drink a bit but not as much. Its the same with me, whenever im with a new crowd, ie work mates or g/f's family i tend to not to drink as much as i feel it hitting me quicker. might be cos im pacing myself and letting it hit me. best thing to do is get yourself on the train from Pudsey,(5 mins from you) buy a ticket to Leeds, armed with camera and go on picture taking frenzy. Makes sense seen as you live so close! Frooty

Does it, makes sense to me but hey i wrote it so meh basically does the spider that fits onto the RS2 cranks fit in the same way as the RS7 cranks(slots on the flower shape thing and lockring in place) or does it fit on the same way as the RS1 cranks (5 small bolts fixing the spider onto the crank arm) Frooty

basically i am getting hold of some middleburns for an XC bike and have been offered some old skool RS2 cranks. These will more than suffice for the xc riding ill be doing but what i wanna know is, does the spider mount on in the same way as the spider/bashguard on the RS7 and RS8 versions. Reason i ask is i believe that on the RS1's the spider bolts on with 5 small seperate bolts Answer greatly appreciated Frooty

Axle? why do i need to remove the axle its only the freehub body im replacing. Im guessing u thought i meant axle unelss i do actually have to take the axle out? Frooty Oh i guess the axle holds the freehub in place? My bad

Koxx are one of the companies that pay to advertise on this forum, please correct if i am wrong in saying that but i am going by the advert they have on the top right. So therefore Koxx will have a little bit more right due to paying for advertising services. This argument really aint gonna be settled. IMO i dont think it was direct advertising, just showing off his new venture, im sure sometime in the future if it kicks off like he would like he will have an ad on the top of the TF. End of the day 50% of the topics in trials chat are about new products and that is as much advertising as IOLO's topic was so therefore i still stick with the view that it shouldnt have been closed Frooty
