Just watched the end of Click thanks to the link in 'Best of Internet'., and its a great film. I see what people say about it, does certainly get you thinking about life and the old question 'what if' Frooty

Didn't think i would but i did enjoy that, makes you wonder if you'll be partially deaf in 10 years. I already use those Sony in ear plug things they mentioned, and they are great but just get a bit clammy in the ears. Frooty

Only watched half of Click, need to watch it all soon Life changing momenyt For me was when my nan passed away recently which was a reality shock and boy did it make me think. I moved out of my nans house in September and she was as fit as a fiddle, helping me lug stuff around and even carry a big hefty 32inch tv downstairs, which for 60 odd, 8 stone woman aint bad at all. 1 month later she was bed ridden and couldn't stand for more than 30 seconds, and early December she died, bast cancer beat her! Things like that really do make you think about life and what you really want from it. Frooty

I started with 2 fingers then when met Waynio etc i noticed everyone was using 1 finger, so followed suit. Took a while to get used to but the muscles build up real quick and it aint as bad as you think. Frooty

Or take it to a bike shop and get a proper job done, saves you doing it and making a bad job of it Frooty

Sorry but i dont agree with that comment, he is VERY good but the people who 'made' trials are the likes of Ashton, Ot Pi, and Hans 'Pony Tail' Rey. I do love Leech's style. so fluid like and smooth and not afraid to go big but on the note of Akrigg, he does it more for me, his 'attacking' style and approaching things from a differnt angle is what its all about. Not just doing a simple gap, or side hop but doing it with a little flare. I dont think there is such a thing as a 'best' trial rider ever as every rider has a differnt style and does things their own, unique way. Frooty

(not saying your the bad guy though) The pics certainly show it has already happened but doesn't given you the final outcome, hence the reason for watching the show Pete, get some pics when your there, and make sure you get some with cast/crew and equipment with you in the shot and you might be beleived! Right basically some people know im getting married next year and im looking for a good photographer in the Bradford/West Yorkshire area. I know some people on here are keen photographers so may be able to recommend someone or even show me how good they are themselves if they have done any weddings or similar type work themselves. The cheaper the better without affecting quality too much. Cheers in advance Frooty

I dont know any 'proper' advice but i used to get them all the time. All you can do is rest it and do light excercises to build up the muscles. I find Radox baths are great especially for general muscle aches after working gym stuff. Possibly go see an osteopath or sports masseuse (SP), there may be underlying problems which be casuing it. Some companies offer free assesments (only good option for people with some spare cash) Frooty
