your first couple of witty comments were funny, now your just annoying..
-
the way you sidehop, tap etc is about the same style/the way i go about doing them, get with the programme sunny jim
-
nice clips, your style isnt too far off mine aswell

ill whap a 2.50 on adn see how goes, ill also try the talc thing, the tubes id fitted hardly had any on them screw drivers do the job shove, plastic tyre levers just brake
-
ahh back in the days.... good video, i quite like watching old videos, brings back alot of good memories
-
i THINK its single ply, not 100% sure though. i used to run try all rim`s with a 2.50 dual ply on the rear with no problems, then i went to a 2.35 with a try all before i changed frames and had no problems either new tyre should be here today so (2.50 dual ply) im hoping that solves my problems, rounded off my hope bolts taking my wheel on and off so many times
-
sorry i didnt make it, looked like a god enough ride too ill be looking to go down end of the month i reckon anyway, as mentioned the quality wasnt the best but considering it wasnt half bad
-
im a bit of a weight freak though. i tried a downhill tube once and hated it, didnt feel much heavier but i really noticed it on the bike im going back to a 2.50 maxxis high roller, see if that helps.
-
when have you ever seen me puncture though? it just doesnt happen... normally lol
-
yeah it was a slightly harder than normal landing but i was running a harder psi and it sounds alot worse than it was. i punctured sidehopping a wall where my tyre just caught the edge of the wall
-
just as usual Adam. with one side of the tyre on the rim i put the tube inside the tyre and onto the rim then i start putting the other side of the tyre onto the rim as far as i can with my hands then i use a screw drive watching i dont nip the tube. after that i stick it on the bike and pump it up to abt 18psi. the first couple times its happened ive thought i maybe nipped it with the screwdriver (ive never done that before) but surely not every tube ive fitted? im quite keen to take a flap disc around the edge of the rim to really smooth it off incase theres a sharp edge of some sorts as u may have noticed Adam ive wrecked my hope bolts taking my wheel on and off so many times

as some of you know i got my bike built up last week, so weekend past i was keen to get out on it. so friday i was out myself for around an hour then i got a burst tube, great... stuck a new tube in and went out at night with a mate, out for an hour burst that tube also.. so saturday i got out again, again, i put a new tube in and out for 15 mins and burst that one. See Video :- so i replaced that with a new one, burst it again. replaced with another and burst that so now im starting to get annoyed... its snake bites i keep getting and not in the same place every time. i have a try all rim with a maxxis 2.35 tyre, the same set up i used before i changed frames, only difference is its a new rim im using. i had 2 brand ew 2.35 maxxis tyres and changed them over thinking something might be poking through the tyre but thats made no difference, the rim also has proper rim tape in covering all the holes and spoke holes also and theres nothing inside the rim/tyre to puncture the tube so im lost im far from hard on my bike, and it seems its not taking much to puncture. i was doing a gap to front wheel, where the front wheel was taking a hard time (a 7ft gap), then flicking to back wheel and i managed to puncture doing that and it was far from being rough. any have any suggestions? thought id mention im using halfords own tubes 2.35 - 2.50 (i think), the same setup as before and was never puncturing.

i remember watching Pibull November Two ages ago when i was contomplating giving up trials, kinda gave me some inspiration to keep at it

rode it last night at my work and its feeling good so far, away to ride some street in half an hour too glasvagas - its a new rotor that came with the bb7 thats why its rust free. i tried to run with a smooth rim last night but it wasnt working (i dont have the right pads for it) so i ground it. Inur`s changed his mind Watson - yeah think i might do, been keen to cycle there for a while now, just depends whos all going really. Gav is coming with me so i can scare him shitless in the car Thanks for your comments

ON PAGE 2 NOW ill get some better daylight pics at some point Vatson, i had the toxsin built up for a few weeks but didnt like it, not sure what it was, maybe a bit long for me. looked nice built up and the build quality was pretty decent. you still lovin your new frame? Oh, and ill get a video up in due course
-
cheers for the comments punks! its just newly built up now, i want to go out but its raining like Damon said, im very impressed with the 74kingz tensioner, when i got it in the post it looked a little pathetic thing but it holds alot of tension. i also recieved my 203mm avid bb7 also, it already feels quite nice i havent ground my rear rim yet for the koxx reds thinkin i might leave it and see how i get on as i usually run a ground rim. ill go get a few snaps of it built up
-
not too fussed what it looks like, so longs it rides nice. hopefully have it set up and comfortable on it for koxx days
-
cant wait to get out on it... hoping it gets me back into the swing of things, my riding over the last few months has been utter balls
-
plenty, but we`ve still to find most of it. last time i was down it was actually quite good
