Ever owned a ENO? They are well worth the money. They are designed to be taken apart to clean/service, they have sealed babearing so don't break as easily and don't go everywhere when you take it apart and they stay dirt/grit free. They run smoother than any other freewheel, have more engagements than any other freewheel, Have 6 pawls instead of 4 so have stronger engagements and viirtually never skip and they dont come un-done every 5 minutes like a ACS.

I did that yesterday. It took about half a hour just now to get it right. Im pretty pleased though since it was a oval rim with old spokes Every time I do up the bolts on my hope rotor i cut my nucles open.

I am running koxx forxx at the moment and they feel amazing, there the best forks I have felt Echo lite/easy forks feel quite nice, They are stupidly light but do ditch a bit of strength for some weight gain.

It's nice, can't fault it really. Once you get past the £35 or so price range you know it's going to be a pretty decent generally.

I downloaded a spybot, then ran the scan and it had 44 viruses . It's all sped up though. I was trying to zip up about 15 lost episodes which were around 350mb each, not just trials vids Cheers for that, It finished defraging in just over 45 mins .

I don't know a a lot about computers at all, but my PC just keeps getting slower and slower so i need to know how to delete files properly. Is there a good, free program that I can use to compress then delete the files from the hard drive (or where ever they are stored). I just downloaded "WinZip" and compressed a file but it is still in my "my videos" folder and can still be played, so how do to free up disk space and delete the file?

Yeah I used alderite when my inserts came out. I just put it in before I went to bed then stuck it by the heater and went to bed. When i woke up it was ready.

I had a D500 and it was dead within a few months. From the first month I got it the screen was nackered, when I slid it down it would just all go green and freeze. A few weeks later it fell out of my pocket when I was riding and the plastic snaped, but it mended the screen problem. Then a month or two later it fell out my pocket again and the screen smashed, the case split open and it just got destroyed. They are quite nice phones with some decent functions but are a bit too big and breakable. My sister has the D600 which feels plasticy and crap, when you slide it up it just grinds against the other half of the plastic.
