For the past few days my Internet has been crappy and keeps coming up with "page cannot be displayed" constantly, I can't stay on msn for more than 5 minutes and I bet It's pissing everyone off , I cant download anything because it just stops and doesn't start again. Has this happended to anyone else and how do I mend it? I am using BT broadband BTW. edit: Oh, can someone also give me a reason my limewire pro has demoted its self to limewire?

when I type in the URL to try and up load I get this: Ok, TF won't let me up load images what happens is I type in the url then I get a link that says "move up to higher level directory" so i click it and I get a virus warning and it doesn't let me access it.

Yeah the fly break looks pretty awesome. I wouldn't really want to go spending £60 on a break that isn't completely immense just to drop a few cog sizes. I might just buy a 33T and see what happens Anywhoo, since my standard pads have run out of meat after a few days are the odyssey 2x4/1/4 pads any good or should I just get some plazys?

I have my back break on my chain stays so obviously if i run a too lower ratio it will rub/kill on my break. What's the smalest cog I can go down to on the front and which rear freewheel (or cassete hub if im feeling rich) will work best with it?
