heya and welcome mate are you running a front cable hayes ? how do you find it ? is it a mx2 ?

i cant see any problems with that but make sure u drill the hole square make sure the crank is level when drilling it also if you ahve to tap it make sure the tap peice is square into the hole

it may just screw into the existing hole if not find out what thread it is for example "m8 " then get a drilling and tapping book look up the size and it should tell you the size of the hole you need to drill tehn tap it with the write tap from a tap and die set should do

you could get some tenisile pedal thread inserts drill the pedal thread out and put that in

yep too right the cogs and freewheel are more worn than the cahin the best thing is now to get a new sprocket chain and freewheel or get your old chain back on
