Plain old boring 15 for me 16 in september though .

In theory they should be at the same level of performance or better than mtb disc brakes as they have to slow down from higher speeds, but what is wrong with just getting a brake that you know will work. Yeah as said before get one and try it, if its good you could be on to something(by saving a lot of people money), but if it ain't just stick it back on ebay.

So basically its a warning to anyone thinking of buying these cranks when on a tight budget make sure you buy a better chain ring straight away . It will benefit you in the long run.

is it on these cranks ? If it is then yes i had the same problem and replaced it with a race face ring which was only £13, had no problems since this.

They dont flex (expand) as much when under pressure, are stronger in generall and do look pretty swish i must say.

Do you really think this sport is just to get out and to get sponsored, it should just be about your love for the sport not that you want cheap or free stuff from shops. Sponsorship will come along when/if it wants to just try to get yourself out there and noticed by going on big rides, posting videos etc. Also Sponsorship really isn't neccessary for this sport its just a perk of being a trials rider.

Yes that is the bloke who owns trials shop he is utter crap with delivery took 2 weeks for my ronnie rim to come and they'd already lost 2 in the post, seriously id stear well clear of them.

As far as im aware they dont make 21 tooth the only ones i have seen are 22t (which i run) and 20t sprockets.Race face are very good and hard wearing sprockets ive had mine over a year alot better than the onza ones. Have you looked on the mountainbike sites such as chain reaction and bike dock .

Yes they are great brakes for the price , but not sure whether they woudl beat an avid . But they are amzing brake ( i use one ).

There isn't really specific ratios , its best to find out what feels best for you , but i would have thought around a 14 or 15t , but been as you have a cassette on it at the moment liam keep moving it up on down the cogs until you find a comfortable ratio .

i vote maggie all the way , and cable disc's mine is so nice , it feels gourgeous on the lever (hayes mx-2 ) i havnt changed the set up of it in month's great brake .
