  1. I thought it gave a funny but serious idea into the thread greatly, and it is a good idea especially for those as tight as i am.....
  2. thats what the intended idea...... it was not to stop them spinning, hair spray helps with that .......
  3. Tired of your grips slipping down your bars? don't wanna buy any of those grip stop things ? got any old gripshifts lieing around doin nothing creative ? If you thinking to yourself yes to all off those questions well keep reading, well undo the the little grubscrew what tightens the lockring on the gripshift unit untill it has totally fell out ( make sure you keep this) and pull out the little lockring from the shifter unit, slide the ring down your bars until its reached the place were you want to have you grips stopped and nip the little bolt up. and heh presto some nice grip stops for you .
  4. il have, cause i cnat get a download program add me : adzwatzon@hotmail.com
  5. Onza , Zona Tensile etc are all part of the supercycles group of companys they are run by the same person etc based is the same place , is that simple enough ? Hence if you go to super cycles the logo for all they brands they own/run are listed down the left hand side of the web page . EDIT : Except for maxxis.
  6. Mine was a good old base ta 26 was a great frame and still is, now with its 6th or 7th owner and still going strong Brilliant bikes top lads .
  7. Linkin park - easier to run Love lp they rock
  8. It WONT come loose, as it has the thread the opposite way round to acs/eno freewheels so in stead on loosening as you ride, it tightens, check crank bolts, bb, pedals and tighten them all that should to the trick.
  9. QUOTE(deanie-b @ May 22 2006, 11:19 PM) ←I believe this is a copy of a topic already posted in members chat FAQ ? Most new members will ahve never looked there so i thought it was a good idea to make one.
  10. Well obviously cnc is working better than forging otherwise why would so many manufacterours be using cnc controlled machines, also it is cost effective therefore keeping our frames prices down.
  11. Cnc machines are extremely precise and can work to tolerances you could only dream about also it is fairly cost effective and looks good. Also correct me if i am wrong but isn't forgingvery time consuming wheras cnc maching can just be set to go and and all you have to do is put in a new block of material when it has finished its task .
  12. I would but i can't edit my original post , Maybe a Mod or someone with a power over the forum could make this into a sticky thread and make ratings etc on the bikes i have mentioned in the first post . Many thanks if this is possible .
  13. That was the original idea of making this topic because i don't know about others but it starts getting annoying after a while reading the same topic over and over so i would highly appreciate it if a mod could make this topic a sticky.
  14. My mate (tom-trials) runs an zoo bar and stem combo on his t-mag and it feels great, i'd recommend it greatly .

  18. Why are you bumping the topic its not as if you havn't got any replies is it now ? any how with around £500 to spend i think the best option would be to go with a brand new t-pro, or if you fancy a second hand bike have a look around on ebay theres usually a couple on decent specced mod's on there.
  19. Hiya , well i have bin trying to sign into msn since about 10 to four now, i have also tryed windows messenger but to no joy , i was wondering if anyone else is encountering the same problem as i am as it's getting really annoying now, and i need to sort out what me and my mates are doing tonight and i need to find out about a wedding im attending to on saturday. Any help please ?
  20. Right well i went to single speed conversion a while ago , basically im to tight to buy a 'proper' chain tensioner so i used my mech but i found these makes the chain bounce a round alot and made my drivetrain feel rough whilst pedalling. Whilst having a tinker about with her tonite i took off the top jockey wheel and ran the chain underneath it so as only one wheel (the bottom one ) acts on the chain, and i must say it is great. Here are some pictures just incase you didn't quite catch what i have written.
  21. Yes, it isn't really a great choice to swap, im 15 nearly 16 and i find it hard to do some of the stuff i can do on my mates mod (tom-trials)and im a fairly strong lad. So i have came to the decision to get rid of my stock and invest in a 221 pr or alike. So my advice is to keep with your mod bike .
  22. Yes liam that was great sidehop, was the filming alright that i did ? keep at it youth .
  23. if you don't mind . Also to the the actual pad review thread if your don't mind.
