Frame is made by engineer from St-Petersburg (Russia) Evgeniy Pinigin. His frames costs about 350$ with geo what you want)) weight about 1800g and it's really strong frames!!! jersey rider: I use this frame 11 months)))

In front I use Shimano Deore with handmade pads and Noname brake level, but I really complacent this In rear - Shimano XT with Heatsink white pads and XT brake level.
