My dad works off-shore, he says that the helicopter thing isn't bad at all. I'm pretty sure you have to be 18 to go off-shore though? EDIT: When doing the under-water thing there are life guards with you, people who can't even swim have done it and if you can't get out you get helped from the lifeguards.
