i get a really bad cramp sometimes, even if i've just been potting about on my bike... but i get a bad back ache when im riding about...blaaaady hurts (Y)

i wasn't allowed to, but i still went, let down my tyres just as i got near my house... was an awesome ride, but my monty broked... (Y) well the back hub did, :) , can't wait for another ride

are you going single speed? Dirt jams are very heavy, and if your doing street aswell, i would recomend some none-suspension forks... the on-one forks are surpposed to be very good

oooops, the mech is abit bent actually, just been to check it, the chains new, and i also have a stiff link thou ^_^

well basically, i like riding backwards, from 180 endos and riding backwards, but my chain seems to slip sometimes, does it make a difference how high the rear mech is, so like how short the chain is if you get me... >_<

i need to grind my rimms, today, while i was riding, it stared to rain, after a while my pads and rimms got soaked, oblivious to the fact, i tryed to pedal kick up a curb, but i ended up on my arse in a puddle with sharp shooting pains in my back...

if you email the guy about clothing and ask prices he should email you back with the prices, you can personalise them and everything

if you want something monty, like clothing, which is quite cheap i would recommend graffics.co.uk i got my riding shirt thingy from there, looks great

i am using monty bars at the moment, they are quite short, would it make a noticable difference if i changed the length longer? i have used a pair of motorbike renthal bars on my 20", and i didn't notice a difference.

does anyone know where i can buy an adapter for my monty back brake. its set up to house a magura on a 25" wheel, and i have a 26" wheel, but i dont want to buy a new back wheel, because i like the colour of it...

cover it in oil, and ease it off, if that doesn't work then you aint trying hard enough, (Y) i find with mine, i do find it quite hard, but if you find a little bit of movement at all, work with it and loosen it and tighten it, so it starts to ease off

if u still get blister when wearing gloves, then ride for a few days without wearin gloves, it will toughen up the areas that you get blisters, i neva ride with gloves, they feel weird and it don't feel right when i do drops, because my hands always slip off the grips... anyway, that should work, but if i doesnt just wear gloves all the time

are the heatsink pads any good?

hey, i just bought this new monty, and it came with rubbish magura pads, i was just wondering, whats the best sort of pad to use on a magura hs 33?

I haven't really seen any trials riders, except you, but some people have seen some pros on the bottle banks in wellington, but i have never seen them, so i am a but gutted (Y)
