To the bass bit you could. It would be just the same beat i guess. I don't listen to much drum n bass, but i'm guessing you could do.

24 is very street, not much like stock. More spins and stuff. I've got an onza zoot. and they are absolute beasts! I'd advise everyone to get one. If your all into this tapping gapping and sidehops, then 24 isn't really all for it. It has a more bmx influence to it.
