If it's lower back pain it could be your kidneys. I have this problem when I go out to parties and get smashed, and when I ride and sweat alot. I almost forget to drink. I've got it at the moment. It's very much like a cramp pain, if it's the same for you I advise you drink plenty of fluids (minus alcohol).

Computers a nail, cameras a nail. The footage is coming straight off the camera, so when i try and play it, the sounds at normal speed, but the picture is at another speed. It works fine in Vlc player, but I want to make a film with it and windows movie maker is the same as Media player.

But, for the people that are incapable to do these things there are people around that can, and that do this for a living, providing a service within a school that has it would mean they would be loosing money and spending it on specialist teachers, meaning that jobs would be lost. b*****d government.
