From reading most of the posts and from my seeing plenty of guys using it at the gym - are supplements the only answer to getting big? Or are they the only answer to getting big quickly? Or at least quicker than you would going the 'au naturel' route. I'm going to the gym pretty often. The overall intention is to stay healthy, get the blood flowing and kill time in a constructive manner. Would it be possible for me to get bigger than I am now without using supplements? Fyi, I'm 5'11 and weigh between 11.5 and 12 stone, I guess I've got the same physique as Luke up there (only with a bit of fur on my chest ). I'm in no rush to get bigger plus I don't want to spend silly money on protein powder/other supplements. Basically, as uber, UBER tarty as it sounds, I'd like to go for the Brad Pitt Fight Club body, i.e. muscly yet defined but not massive - healthy and athletic essentially. Any help'd be good (although perhaps I should have just opened a new topic).

Riding was mental, end bit in the gym? Seemed like self-indulgent tripe to me - sorry. Granted I couldn't lift that, but it just seemed way out of place

Strangely arousing Nice bi-cycle, the only changes i'd suggest are the ones you've suggested. You'll have to bump this with updated pics when it's finished.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/6378541.stm Quite an interesting read. Relating to security issues with Macs. I'm not trying to put them down, I intend to get an 20" iMac in the next month (can't wait!!), but it shows that apple seem to care about the issues, eventually

My first real experience of death was when DJ passed. I never knew the guy that well, but I'd spoken to him quite a bit and would consider him a friend. As soon as I read that he was gone I cried. I cried and I cried. As unavoidable as it is, my reaction is ultimately due to the kind of society that I grew up in. Death and 'loss' of someone is a terrible thing. I guess it's kind of a 'pre-back step' of emotion when compared with other cultures, in that we'll feel terrible after a person has died and then come to terms with it, remember them for the good times etc. Some cultures immediatly feel that the person has gone on to a better place and they take pride in that and feel good. It's not avoiding the issue as such, it's just looking at it from a different perspective. They're not robots. I'd say that I was a pretty emotional guy. So I don't think I'd want to avoid emotion, or replace it with another emotion which, by my own perception, doesn't show how I'd feel about something. I take pride in sadness in some ways, in that it allows reflection, I'm more passive and I like to be in that state of mind sometimes. It's a tough one, Ben. Btw, as I'm pretty sure you'll read this - Murcof were pretty cool, very atmospheric! I think I prefer BOC though

Certainly not on par with your BMX shots, but a very cool evening by the sounds of things! Conditions were hardly ideal so nice one for even posting anything.

*Awaits 50 horny teen TF users to offer their assistance* Can't say I did anything special yesterday, forgot about it until a shop assistant asked if I was doing anything special for it! Agree with mr Rowly, spontanaeity (how'd you spell that?) is so much better than being prompted to do this sort of stuff

Empire Records! That was a very cool film, only saw it once when I was quite hungover but enjoyed it none-the-less. Clerks is all about the script, no real action as such so it depends on what you like. Though I've heard that Clerks II was quite the abortion. Poor old Kevin Smith, he used to make cool films! "Hey, you guys seen any balls down there?" "About the biggest pair you've ever seen, dingleberry.."

At the mo: Brick Cable Guy Roger Dodger GodFather (1&2) Zoolander Fightclub Sin City American History X Twelve Monkeys Fear&Loathing Pi Donnie Brasco Princess Mononoke The Odd Couple (Jack Lemon & Walter Matthau - one of the sharpest scripts in a film) Jurassic Park - the childhood memories.. I actually like far too many films, also watch too many :$

Well, aside from being the absolute godlike genius that suggested Sharepod halfway up the page, mooching on here a fair bit recently?

Doesn't really seem that big a deal to me!? Good on them, it seems that they could do with the extra investment

I've never watched Danny Mac before that Edinburgh vid, he's great! So much style, very refereshing Damon's freaking awesome at what he does, but so many other riders do the exact same type of riding as he does, albeit on a smaller, occasionally higher scale though. Danny Mac gets it for me. -
The same logic/common sence still applies?

Dude. Go for that meal, prove to the family that you've got a pair. They'll respect you more for it, plus it'll give you a chance to straighten things out without her being the middle lady. Once you've all sat down and hopefully broken the ice, just saying something along the lines of "look, this has been bugging me and I really feel the need to bring it up. Your daughter explained my situation completely differently to how I intended, xxx is what I meant, I didn't mean to offend you and I reaally hope this won't screw up the relationship I have/hope to have with you all". If you avoid the situation it won't get any better... What's the deal with sit-down dinners anyway? Just be charming, take small mouthfulls i.e. so they don't fall from the fork onto your shirt/lap, don't talk with mouth open, and talk only when you have something worth saying. Be courtious?

Thought I'd bring this back from the dead with the responce to the petition:

Very impressive stuff! What does he get from a sponsorship though? Some new trainers, transport to events?? Are there even competitions or anything like that yet?

Sharepod? Might be a little late now, but look for that program and drag&drop the necessary .exe thing Windows style into your Ipod. It might work?
