Yeah, because you wouldn't be used to it after about a day or anything . . . Anywho, may as well keep the good old Avid :wink2:
-
Might help if you wrote down his name, that is, if you even know his name . . . :wink2:

A cool little site, looking forward to seeing the t-shirt designs :wink2:

Mine's an old nick-name from school, quite annoying when hardly anyone says it right :wink2: R - oww (as in pain) - b

Lubbly jubbly :wink2: Cool little video, that bike seems to piss all over those rocks :P

That would be so sleek and pimpy, don't tend to see that many red trials bikes about either :P Maybe some nice simple custom stickers to really finish it off, suppose it depends on how much you're willing to spend :P

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but aren't you organising a Trial competition? Seems like a pretty wierd kind of opinion to have if you seem to not like that kind of riding . . . And it seems that you're being "different" by copying other people who claim to be doing something different, and then why should people be different? If they want to ride a long low and silver frame, let them. If they want to ride a short streety kinda bike, let them, there seems to be way too much prejudice about such a teeny tiny sport.

I've used the VP's for over two years, they were ok, but I always found that my foot might come up when doing a move, which makes it really awkward, this was with a pair of Etnies though. Now running some V12s and I love them, alot more durable than the Caged pedals, smoother bearings - can't complain at all, and they seem very durable so I hope they'll give me at least a good year of faithfull service :P

:S From what I've heard Sweden (or is it Switzerland?) has some of the best public transport in Europe, everything runs on time, we just pay lots of money for a shit service . . . I usually ride alone, but I try to get out on the Sundays to ride with people in the big town closest to me, as there's lots of riders there. It's good though, as I'm able to appreciate riding alone and with lotsa people, luckily there aren't any chavs to give me serious hassle where I live so I'm more than happy to be hopping around on my lonesome, shame there's nothing much to ride :D

Look like the uber strong Onza Fall Guy forks (Y)

Ditto what George said, watching that report really brought home how I felt when I first heard about it, and I'm glad that the morons behind it got punishment. I hope it brings some consolation to you. Again, well done to Charlie, Sue, the family and Em for keeping so strong throughout the ordeal :- Ride in Peace dude (Y)

Because he's made it into separate clips so people on the slower connections can get access to the whole video, or just the bits they wanted to see. Read the thread Dave (Y)

Looks good, the name makes me think of people from the Matrix films doing trials! I think that maybe you should just use one bold fresh colour, instead of one fading to the other, would have more of an impact on the viewer. With smoother letters (no hacksaw style bits)

Regardless of that it still seems like a no brainer :- I've only used the RB Boosters, but they seemed to do the job pretty damn well, whilst looking the part. Though if I were to upgrade from that, I'd go all the way and get the Shimano Carbon, they're the shizzle :-

Very slick site Jonny, very modern and easy to use, well, once I got used to the names of each section (Y) It's good to see the hard work's payed off, that video was absolutely awesome, only one thing I thought that should have been changed was the music for your section, I think a chilled out hip-hop track would have suited better, everything else I thought was brilliant, I actually laughed at some bits just because they were so impressive. Would be interesting to see what the Americans/Canadians think of it all, there seems to be a good mixture of riders in the Canadian scene, though America seems very much UCI (from what I've seen, which admittedly isn't that much). This video sums up the Trial Riding scene in the UK really well, though I suppose it'd have to have some 'Pure' riding in there too to really get the entire thing in, but it also isn't just about the riding, you captured the atmosphere of it all really nicely too. Anyways, I'm rambling . . . I still can't believe you gave that to us for free :- You should make one every year if they can come up to that kinda standard :-

Wow, you really can see the progression! I guess you've been practising lots (Y) Cool video

Downloading it now, just looked at the code at the bottom of Internet Explorer for when you click to enter, Sameer/Royaltrials/alqaeda made me chuckle! Edit: The silly school wouldn't let me download it, would always say make room for file, which I did, and it was still being homo. Sweeeet video though Adam, makes the last time I saw you seem like you were having a really off day!

If you're pinching that much surely the solution would be to beef up your tire pressures? I pinched once in 18 months on a wide (Megamo Drilled, then one of the Koxx 40mm ones) rim and Monty tire, mod tires are generally solid! I'm running Onza Ronnie & Reggies, though I'm not too heavy so they've been fine for me, especially with low pressues and Maxxis tires. Heavy duty set-ups are the way forward I think  Though it would be absolutely awesome if Mavic made a 47 mm rim, that'd be the perfect trials rim! Better material for a good grind, and hopefully a little more strength. A ceramic wide rim would make a change!

German guy - not sure Other Rider = Benito Ros

I weigh about the same as you (about 65-70 KG) and I'm running around 16 - 18 PSI. This is with a Normal Innertube in a Maxxis Minion 2PLY Slow Reezay tire. I've been gapping to rail fine, no rimming out. But I've not had the chance to try a rail to rail gap to see how it holds up. I think your gapping skill will affect the chances of rimming out. If you can gap well, and go quite far then you don't have to throw yourself as much (if you see what I mean ), meaning a smoother (or lighter force) landing on the rail. I'm new to rails too, only attempted 1.5metre (5 foot) to 1.8metre gaps (6 foot) and I've not rimmed out yet, and found that I've had good grip. Try 25 PSI to start with, if you're not close to rimming out at all then lower the pressures, there isn't a set PSI level for gapping to rails, experiment :D

Wow, that is a tasty camera. The riding picture looks photoshopped onto the background  Though you do realise we're going to be expecting/hoping for pictures from you all the time now :D

Really liked that, too bad you couldn't get more footage of Hermance & Caisso & Giacomo, but at a guess the deutsche guy riding the XTP was a friend of yours so you'd wanna get the most footage of him! Some of those moves were huge, just bouncing over tricky terrain like it's concrete! Makes me wanna go and ride some natural and realise (A) how much I suck at it and (B) just how skilled those riders were!

. . . . for you  Monty Foams are crazy thin, and crazy cheap, and easy to get hold of, give them a try :D

Rich, you seem like a nice bloke, but shut up, what is it with all this prejudice toward the French? This is not just aimed at you, it seems to have come about more recently though, it's so childish, seems like some petty jealousy that they're better trials (read Pure trials) riders than us. Take the NoPogo videos for example (to show that the camera angles, filming and music are good) :D
