Just doing simple stretches before you go to bed can be a big help. About 3 months ago I started doing little stretches about 3 times a day, all I'd do is put my fingers to my toes, hold it for about 5 - 10 seconds then stop, then repeat 4 or 5 times. Within about a month I was able to lay the centre bits of my fingers flat on the floor, and I'd do the same each day. After another month I was able to comfortably lay my hands totally flat on the floor, almost being able to touch my knees with my head. Recently I've stopped due to working crazy long hours and having no time to do it, but I intend to get bang on it now I'm on holidays. In short, give stretches a go, it's very little effort and can be a big help in the long run (Y)

But you wouldn't be paying 400/500 for an XTP, you'd be paying nearer £700 . . . Isn't this frame similar to the XTP in the same way the the Zoo Pitbull was similar to the Coust - i.e. aesthetically similar, different geometry, and different material? I'm pretty sure they do them with 190mm rotor at no extra cost for the same price as the 160mm, so they work with the Koxx Stock Forks, cheaper than buying a 180mm, that's if you buy the Try-All Disc from Bikedock. Though you then get lumbered with the Koxx Forks (Y)

Shishas are good, especially handy when you want to stop smoking green but still enjoy the social side of sitting down with a mate and chilling with a smoke. Sorry to be a bit of a bummer . . . . But from most experiences I've read about, the extra bottom bracket height, i.e. one of the main aspects of the frame, is only needed if you ride hardcore UCI, other areas of performance are likely to be neither helped nor hindered, you'll just adjust to the frame and carry on progressing at the same rate you would if you still had your old frame. That is, unless, your current frame's not too great :) For example, Tunni was hardly impressed with his new Pitbull, with the bb rise, so went back to the older model. Ali C went from an Echo Pure to a Hi-Fi, then sold it a month on to get the new Echo Control :P
