How Graeme put it is all that really needs to be said: The XTP is designed as a serious competition bike. The frame only weighs 1.7 kg's and is made out of lightweight aluminum tubing. There is no way you can get a couple of years of hard riding in on this frame without this happening. And Koxx makes no attempt to hide this by only offering a 6 month warranty on the XTP. However, they do make other frames such as the levelboss that hit lower price points, are burley as hell, and can handle the abuse non-elite level riders put on their bikes. Proof of this is the first ever Levelboss imported into the states is still going strong on it's third owner. This frame is over 3 years old. _______________________________________________________________________ At the end of the day we all know that they break, and have broken, news of another (about 1.5 months ago) breaking just seems like someone's trying to stir unneeded beehatching :shifty:

1) PM him, I'm sure he won't mind answering a question about his video. 2) For future reference, there's a Songs and Videos Thread - here. 3) He wrote what the songs were in his topic - here.

I think I've got bored of the people that feel good about taking the piss about EMO people, it just seems that they're finding something for them to take the piss out of to make themselves feel better, when, if you really look at it, 'EMO' people cause no harm to people what so ever (as has been said). Yeah they make look daft and not very individual, but I'm sure you could look at ANYONE, I mean anyone, and be able to generalise them into a style of clothing. It's pretty pathetic, guess who else generalises people who dress differently - pikeys!!! Except you guys don't physically abuse, only verbally (Y) I'm not emo in the slightest by the way, and can admit to taking the mickey out of EMO people many a time before, though I think I'd take the mickey out of EMO music more and not so much the people that follow it. I mean, the the bands that (yes, this is probably a generalising statement) go on stage and do their stuff and then cry at the end, it just seems pitiful, in essence they're saying: "Boo hoo, I live in a western society, I had enough freedom to get a job and buy this guitar, or my parents were able to buy me this guitar, this object which wont aid to my survival in the slightest, but just make it a little more bearable, in order to compain about my girlfriend dumping me, or some other relatively meaningless event which has occured in my life" IF, that is why they cry, I have no respec' for them at all. Hmmm, I seem to have gone off at quite a tangent now, I know this wasn't supposed to turn into an EMO argument, but it has so :P In short, those of you that get annoyed by EMO people, get something else to get annoyed about, and make it a more valid cause! Edit: Gotta love tipsy Raub posts (Y)

LMAO, that looks f**king quality! Phil seems to be enjoying himself (Y)

I'm sure many would see that area as a weakspot in the frame, especially when compared with the T-Pro.
-
As asked, why did you spray the GT85 on there?
-
Yeah but why did you spray it on there? Surely Muc-Off'd do the job (Y)
-
Pictures would be nice, put a review of them in the Pad Review Section too (Y)
-
Well actually yes it was, the plate mounts were welded directly to the tube, where there should have been a plate in between the mount and the downtube. I think, it was that which caused the frame to crack there.

Help Needed. Are You A Hairdresser Or Is Your Mum?
Trebor replied to Joe Papasnap Maher's topic in Chit Chat
Er, no it wouldn't, I payed about £28 to get my hair cut and bleachified (i.e. highlighted <insert limp wrist picture>) so just look around. -

Plazmatic Pads & Angle Grinders. Not that I've ever used Plazmatic Pads!
-
Hmm, I've got Bloxx Browns on a Grind and it's fooking loud - get a deeper grind and set the pads up with a bit more care - it'll be worth it. Although, your pads could just be bedding in?
-
If you can, take your time, as it'll most probably save you time when it comes to having to go back and sort out something that you should have done/noticed :bunny:

Like Joe I thought that sandy bit was really cool, and that blunt thing you did on the fence to both wheels was sweet as, I bet you've had a few tasty crashes doing those! Sweet video, Steve :wink2:

Go Ben you big beast! Get your ass onto some natural and do comps, you'd be on some Trials Team in no time!

Did they change the geometry of it Waynio? It's not as though it needed changing as it was a pretty proven design, but I'm just curious :wink2:
