Hay Basically, I need speakers. I need 2x5.5" (or as close as possible) speakers, clean looking, decent quality sound, and as shallow as I can possibly get (as in speaker depth). I also need two smaller tweaters, of a similar design (not bothered about size, as long as they are smaller). Or something along those lines. The important part is they are shallow, and decent quality. Reasonable price range. I know nothing about speakers etc, so can someone point me to some websites / possible links / possible makes. PS: They're not going to be used in a car, but i need car speakers.

BUHAHAHa at the ammount of people who voted 'I like men' (Y) (Y)

Yeah, bit strange that they banned that really, along with PH's. hydroxycut is the next best thing you can buy legally in the UK. Ephedrine is much better, but since the ban the quality / grade has dropped... Not that any are much good in the first place, lol

Water. It just speeds your general metabolsm slightly by boosting the function of your liver, so in theory your going to burn more fat. In reality the difference is so small you'd never notice, it's kinda 'fad health' thing.

Drink it and find out... I once drank a tin of coke that's sell by date was like '89 or something utterly stupid, and I was fine.

1) Download 2) Install 3) Use instead of internet explorer to surf, much less spyware! Also check out: http://www.lavasoft.com/ http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Dest...4-10122137.html Both just programes you download, run, and they get rid of spyware currently on your system. SPYWARE IS NOT ILLEGAL ... nor is it that hard to find the source... Though some spyware specifics do break laws, the spyware it's self is not illegal.

WTF? I didn't give any kind of comment towards what should be done about world poverty... I was simply saying one day it WILL sort its self out, and it won't be through us sorting it out, thing's always re-balance themselfs eventually. How thats interpreted as not careing and aliens invading ( :'( ) and whatever else your talking about, i have no idea...

Can't get enough of the stuff, drink lertres of it every day, water is all i drink. I brita filter mine though, and keep it in the fridge :)

In the end it'll sort it's self out. Our civilization is basically nothing in the grand scheme of things. If you pause and imagine the world was 24 hours old, the dinosaurs would have been around a year, yet man only 1 second, and in that 1 second there has been SEVERAL whole civilizations, Aztecs, Greeks, Romans, Egyptians etc etc, and our current civilizations. Sure, we think that with technology and what-not things will be 'different' for us, but i'm sure every civilizations before thought they'd go on forever too - and they didn't have nukes and war machines, lol! In the end chances are we'll wipe out and start again, and have a whole different set of problems all over again... fun! :)

Apple do exactly what the market want. Make it as use friendly and eyecandy as they can, and it works well. In reality Apple is a better system than windows, just they're a TOTAL ripoff (benifer's sounds a good deal though - and the mac mini isn't as pricey as the other stuff), and they just aren't as well supported. I've never tried the mac mini, but we have imacs and powerbooks at collage, they seem pretty neat, though apple benchmark their processors way off what they are in reality :) Not sure how they get away with that. The whole macs are more stable thing is deffo true for the average home user, most macs seem super stable (bar networked g5 powermacs which seem to crash all the damn time lol), but at industry standard it's a little void since a well setup windows workstation is just as stable, well, pretty much un-crashable.

ah, fair enough... Strange U Turn :)

No, Their Not... Read my post further up. Ebay Specifically stated they operate an open market and will not be removing any tickets.
-
Well I just listened to Ebay Live on the Radio, they are letting all ticket sales go ahead, because it is considered an 'open market', but it is upto sellers to police their own actions, in other words if someone bids several thousand pound £ and wrecks the auction, there is nothing the seller can do about it since ebay will not press charges. Also ebay are giving all the money they make from selling live8 tickets back to the charity. Bob Geldof then came on air and told them to shove their dirty money up their ass, followed by a torrent of other insults :) If you check ebay you'll notice about 80% of all the auctions are getting trashed by people just throwing in loads of crazy bids to wreck the auctions :(

Ok, thats very helpfull, I'll head over to bit-tech for some info too :(

Any specifics on that? there are too many damn models! Will HT make a difference? And I was thinking about the 2gb RAM mark, Alias Image Studio is pretty heavy.

Hayo, well my computer is getting pretty crappy and old now, so i'm replacing it. I basically just need new main internals, so motherboard, processor, ram, HD, and graphics card. This computer is used 100% for work, Photoshop, Painter, and 3d rendering. I never game or do anything else on it (i have a sperate machine for that), so the spec has to squeeze max photoshop / maya perforance for the price. I'll be runnin XP pro, since thats what all my software is for. I have about £450-£500 max, but i'd rather stay under if possible. Any ideas on possible specs? I havn't payed much attention to hardware for a couple of years now, so I don't know whats around and what prices. Any links, possible specs are much appreciated. Idealy I'd like lots of ram, lots of storage, resonable processor (best suited) and a graphics card that will handle maya well, but no need to game on it. Cheers Guys :(

Just buy yourself a .com They're only $8 a year (like £5). Unlimted email addresses, Unlimited Storage, Unlimted attachments etc You can set them up so anything@yourdomain.com will just bounce it's self to you, so for forums and stuff you have infinate variables without even re-registering anything....

oooh, does that come out (officially) tomorow ?

Have You Ever Downloaded Music Illegally?the Poll
Alexx replied to biketrialler's topic in Chit Chat
And I remember reading quite an interesting article saying that adobe don't realistically loose much money from piracy. Since the people who own it pirate are people who would never buy it in the first place, their primary target market group in 95% of cases DO buy it, and all the people using it as warez simply spread the word / create more market power. -

I ment royalties to the artist. Every time the radio plays their song they have to pay the artist's label + the artist, when you record & playback their not getting anything. EDIT: hell even i'm using a download CS2 at the moment (Y) bollocks to paying £150 tograde to that piece of crap :D -
level 5 (Y) :D I can't get past 3
