use 2 17mm spanners but only tighten them finger tight..any tighter and the huib will jsut f**k up real easily ..or buy a sealed hub

maggy all the way every bike with rear disc (excluding tarty adams) have been horrible. maggys seems to lock so much nicer and they squeek ..have you ever considered a vee brake?

basically which way should i turn my freewheel in order to remmove it from the crank. i think it's clockwise but im having no luck in getting it off..basically which way do i turn it clockwise or anticlock wise? thanks alot chris

my mate bought some heatsink pads from heatsink just over two weeks ago, and theyv'e took the money from his bank but theres no sign of the pads whatsoever, he's tried e-mailing him and theres been no reply, does anyone have a contact numer for steve at gheatsink so he can give him a quick call to see whats going on cheers chris

bad luck mate i broke my scafoid like 2 month ago, they told me id be in plaster for 3 months but i were only in it for six weeks.

i rode my mates bike the other day and that had some try-all bars on, they felt quite nice.although i think they are more of a flat bar.

i dont think its that bad although i would definatly change tose plastic pedals for some metal ones.The frame looks better without the seat post good job!

i would probably say the frame and then the brakes.although just upgrade things that you can afford so say if you can afford new brake pads but not a new wheel get the brake pads.i tend just to upgrade things when they break to be honest though.
