Enougth said really smo. Avid are the best mechanical disc for price / preformance. Bigger disc size the better. I run a 190mm Hope trials disc and love it. So much power!

Ah wish i could have made it but Southampton on Sunday made up for it. Nick, if youve got a builders bum it must meen your working hard.... which you normaly are. Keep it up and you might get good one day!

Hi Ash, Ive had my profile for near on 2years now. Only had one prob with it when the QR spacer snapped on the drive side. Profile took the wheel off me and replaced it with bolt through (much better) free of charge. Its so much nicer than hope and half the price of a King. Get a gold one.... they look soo cool. Id like to buy a gold one just to hang on my wall! Sean

I don't like skater shoes for riding in as they are too loose on your foot and are too bulky. Go for some beach sandals, even better some black P.V.C high heal boots. You'll look well trendy!
