Here you are Dan, done your work for you Seriously though, have you been given any other data/information? I think it would be very hard to any meaningful work without any raw dyno data. Like for the SFC, surely you'd need to know the fuel flow rate across the rpm range? edit: SFC would be easy enough if you can find out the air-fuel ratio. Then using the compression ratio and engine capacity you know how much fuel is used across the rpm range. The tricky part is getting raw power info?

Yeah, that was pretty strange wasn't it? Haha, and Jesus, it really doesn't feel like 4 years ago!

Ding ding ding. Well, there are speed limits, there's just no base limit, so in general you get bits of 50 and 60mph and anything above that is just free reign. And in fairness, we've got some shocking roads here but there's plenty of room where >70mph is perfectly safe and that's the case in the UK as well. I can understand busy motorways having a limit, but there's a lot of wasted road in the UK!
-
It's going to be sad when I start driving in the UK. The thought of 80mph being flat out illegal is just so amusing and ridiculous to me. But you were caught, just be a man and put your hands up and accept it.

In my experience, lots of doubles over the course of a night out seems to work quite well... Just thought I'd have to pop in here, because I'm on an early morning work hype. For some reason I'm at my happiest at this time of day and I always find myself enjoying music much more than I usually do at any other time! I'm also considering getting the trials bike out of the garage when I get home. Will probably put it back once I remember how bloody tiring it all is

Seriously, just eat less. Leave some potato/pasta/mars bar on the plate. There's no point in putting time and effort into an idea that will have questionable results. If you want to lose some weight, start doing more cardio and eat the same amount or just eat less for guaranteed (and free) results.

On this note, I remember poopipe(?) to be quite humorous at the time. I believe it was him that dropped the "kick her in the tits" quote

Can we have Danny Kearns back please? And whoever it was that wanted a fight behind and amphitheatre... Also, I think everyone should drop YouTube and go back to eengoedidee.

Please note that the track has also been made easier from the men's final...

I might* be able to help and shed some light on any particulars if you want Ali? I'd say visit come over for a TT at least once, because the general atmosphere is totally different and somewhat mad compared the Manx. There's a huuuuuge difference in visitor numbers and the sheer amount of bikes on the roads. But on the other hand, it might be easier to ride around when there's less people on the course during the Manx GP. *I'm generally oblivious to things around me

Yeah, me neither....

Yes, the onion is fake. But onion story : Teen drives drunk and kills four. Gets off because of his family's wealth. Real story: Teen drives drunk and kills four. Gets off because of his family's wealth.

I almost bought £100 of them when they were resting at around $2-5 a coin (IIRC). When I almost bought some, they crashed to <$1 in a day. This makes me quite upset...
-
Have you never heard one of them talk? The faster riders are definitely missing a vital part of brain...

From the state of the place when I came, I don't think they'd need to try too hard. You guys only needed a few more weeks to finish demolish Redder's room! Andd to the guy wanting to Mech Eng, there is a lot of boring, pretty shitty work to be honest. But the only thing you can't do, like I have, is stop working. Then it becomes to much of a ballache to get started again.

Thought I'd bump this since I'm chronically bored. Transformer lab reports can go f**k themselves. There is definitely not 20 pages of stuff to write about the equivalent circuit of a transformer. Someone please tell me that engineering as a profession is less dull than this. -
Quite surprised to get an email from this. Sent a happy 21st birthday wish to myself apparently... Wish I'd put more info in it to be honest

Well, I'd take what a Havard publication has to say a bit more seriously than someone's anecdotal review. But they do consider all factors of weight gain and even though genes can influence your size, the bottom line is that if you restrict what you're taking in, you will lose weight.
-
Read this http://www.health.harvard.edu/newsweek/Why-people-become-overweight.htm Bottom line is that they may well be genetically predisposed to gaining and holding weight more than other people. However the same fundamental calories in vs calories out applies. That is, it's not their fault they get overweight more easily, but it is certainly their lack of motivation and conviction to weight loss that has caused them to become fat. Edit: As an after thought, could you/should you blame people that have to try really hard to stop being fat? My knee jerk reaction is that fat people are lazy and weak willed when it comes to their weight. But I've never been what anyone would actively call overweight so I don't really know. It's easy to fault them for being weak, but I've never been in that situation. I like to think I'd never let myself become a fatty, but I do eat enough to make me a lot fatter than I am. But then, maybe that mindset and consciousness about my weight prevents me from getting overweight? I think you'd have to know the person for a while and observe just how much effort they've put into weight loss before you can criticise...

(25-j15)2 =(25*25)+(25*-15j)+(-15j*25)+(-15j*-15j) =625-375j-375j-225 =400-750j Remember that j=sqrt(-1) so j2 = -1

i don't work for BT but do work for a company that provides and maintains landline connections. AFAIK with us, an engineer visit for new connections is only required to fit a new/upgraded socket or to verify the integrity of the line for connections that have been inactive for an extended period. Otherwise, all the connection work is off site. If you can really still be bothered, ring BT again tell them the line was active recently. If you know what it was, tell them what the phone number your gf was using as well, it may help them see your property from their end.

Yeah, the only restriction is the same as your car licence over here; R plates for 1 year after passing which restrict you to 50mph whilst they're on. It seems ridiculous on paper, but you will never see a little kid on a 1000cc - the insurance is the big obstacle. The 'craziest' I've seen is a 16/17 year old riding to 6th form on a R6 which is hardly a crazy proposition, made me jealous more than anything else!

Just get it done on the Isle of Man! Can get your full licence at 16!

Works perfectly so far. Probably will be able to find a smaller/cheaper version
