If you can't keep your form, generally speaking, the weight's too heavy. I'd suggest a lighter weight when doing both of these exercises until you can keep form for the set amount of reps and only move up too a weight which you can keep your form on again and complete the reps.

This would be the organisation the Black Man belongs to and the quite probably the 'list' people which Saiyid and Ben are killing off "in order to protect [sayid's] friends". Also, notice how the people Sayid is killing on "on a list"? Like "the list" which the others had when they captured Hurley, Jack, Sawyer and Kate at the end of series 2, and they let Hurley go, as he wasn't on their "list".
