ive snapped 2 chains rear maggie lever vp pedals 3 crossover pipes v8 pedals (in a fashion) badly bent a onza t bird crank bottom bracket not snapped but it wo f**kt cane creek headset (snapped bearings inside) thats all ive snapped in a year josh..........

my best advice for gapping is get your arse by your tyre and push your bars where u want to go and your bike will take you but you have to kick hard enough or you wont get anywhere obviously lol :) :lol:
