Reece you have to get a bus from witham to colchester then another bus from thorpe le soken to clacton. Damn me not having a car .

In exactly the same postions as you. Injured my leg and is very weak. Is annoying to look at stuff and think I could do it if it wern't for my leg. I've been put on a gym class at the hospital. Not been yet but hopefully it will sort it out. Apart from stretches ect just been doing some light riding.

Could start at civic and go up possibly through priory park to the hospital and the schools nearby. Bound to be all kinds of stuff in them schools.
