snailcams mate, seriously they are the best for your setup. do both wheel bolts up enough to hold the cams in place. then tap the cams with a hammer to slowly bring the wheel back so the chain tensions corrently. then tighten the bolts up a bit more, then hit snail cams with ahammer again. then fully tighten the king bolts seriously, they rock, specially with beefy king bolts Will

i dont like the joe blow to be honest. the machanism feels too stiff. my favourite pumps are the ones from halfords for about a tenner. nice easy locking mechanism which sits right down the valve. rocks! halfords the big one!1111oneoen

i'm happy to say that PaRtZ has fixed his dustcap situation now. i believe he upgraded to metal caps at the expense of the weight penalty in order to prevent this kind of problem in the future well done matt!
