the ratio isn't 'boosted'. you just basically cram more air into the chamber before the valve closes the chamber up ready for compression - so you get more fuel/air into the chamber, under more pressure to produce more power on the expansion stroke.

anyone reccon compressed air is a possibility to power cars? in the same way that air drills work? saying that, i dont know how much energy is used in actually compressing the air in the first place!

blimey! only problem with that is if you just train your power up and up and up, then blimey your not going to be super precise are you? hats off to him though, thats soo high!

there are many money making idea's out there, but you usually have quite an outlay to fund to start with imo!

i dont see the problem with anyone doing their little bit, even if its cutting their plastic uses by only 20%, its still alot of plastic saved if alot of people do it!!

what a crock of shit this whole saga is. one of the MP's (cant remember who) actually claimed back his car tax! yes thats right, he's paying his tax with the taxpayers money... what the hell's going on. also each MP gets a home payed for with an upper limit of 10 grand to spend on their bathrooms.......WHAT! we're paying extra tax so they can have much much more than alot of people have...hmmm. its like all the people in power never have the misfortune of living in a part of this frickin tax haven! imo if things dont start to shape up i think somekind of large protest is in order! arrg

yeah, bring on < '83 tax exemptness! it really should happen, why are we making new cars when the amount of recources used to make them far outweight the amount of fuel saved in their lifetime! old, already made, cars FTMFW! how can people spend loads on a car purely for its slightly better economy when you could spend that extra money on fuel! totally out of proportion if you ask me! ahh well!
