well since you said how is your life right NOW.
7 - i'm not sure why it's so high actually but i'm feeling good. i've been ground down for the last few weeks with an injury, so haven't been able to drive, climb, ride trials, (and a whole host of other things) or go to work! but on the plus side i can still go on long walks, go running, see my girlfriend more, and generally have time to sort out and organise my life a bit. plus i'm going to america this summer so have a lot to look forward to. and i'm looking forward to having this cast off a doing some physio on my hand before getting out on the trials iron again
what's your diet like? how do you sleep and how do you exercise?
i find if any of these three things in my life are out of whack then i turn into a miserable sod and a downward spiral starts to happen. sleep, eat and exercise
