i have no spacers and a lower stem. but it doesnt feel too low really. i've been advised to get a higher stem so i might go for one of those !

what a great weekend was a great course, great riders - i couldn't really fault it big thanks to matt for organising such a great event which seems to have tested us all, yet still remained great fun. woop!

depends on which parts the rust is on exactly. on a steerer, you could wire brush it off, then laquer it to keep the rust away. on headset mating surfaces i'd reccomend putting them in vinegar for a few days or using some off the shelf rust remover on them.

that was a great evening, riding that course AND fish and chips! phwoar! stroll on the weekend
