its worked for me.... warm soapy water on the rotor, and make sure you wash all the suds off with clean running water(vital). take the top layer of pad off, bake them, then take the top layer off again... should work (Y)

i know that a 185 avid rotor works with lite guys, dont know if thats of any help?? do you have the forks and a disk hub handy? if so, measure it (N)
