  1. Check that the plastic seal is clipped into the hub body correctly. If this is not pressed in the hub will appear to be seized.
  2. I really did not like that video for the pure reason of repeated clips being repeated several times and that stupid lense. I had to shut it off at four min! This disappoints me because you all are awesome riders! Maybe reconsider your editing technique next time. Hope this comment helps.
  3. I have punished my trial-techs for four months now... no problems very reliable and they give me confidence I need when attempting front wheel moves.
  4. Ben Benny Bensyourman!!! Awesomeness video! What a pleasure to watch!!! I love the interesting lines you are now involving! I know how hard it is to film hard lines and be consistant so respect to you!!! I really appreciated that video Ben... truely! Wicked!
  5. I really have to say that I am fortunate to be filmed by Alex. He certainly knows how to produce an awesome Video!!! Thanks for your comments guys! Really appreciated and encourages me to keep pushing myself... Cheers, Lewis.
  6. Awesome Vid Pat!!! I really like the training area you have, I could spend hours there!!! Miss you dude! Lewis.
  7. I have seen that crazy spikey rail! Last time I stayed with Danny he said he was going to ride it! I thought he was joking... Obviously not! Nice pics! Lewis.

  9. Another awesome vid! I just thought there was too many singular moves/ short clips. Get some lines going. I wanna ride now!
  10. Awesome Vid! Some big moves in there! Could of been a little longer though... The bike looks sweet and suits you really well! Lewis.

  14. Hey guys, My friend in the US is entering a STA travel comp and need views on this funny vid she made... It gives an interesting insight into the state of kentucky! Please watch!!! Kentucky Video! Cheers, Lewis.
  15. Very late reply I know... From my experience with injuries its important to let them have time to recover. I know its tempting to jump back on the bike but you might be doing more harm than good. You did the correct thing the first time around by resting your ankle in a cast, I know you said its not as bad this time but its sounds to me that you have badly sprained it. I know you take trials seriously i.e competitions so take your health seriously too. When I go to the Doc's I'm really pushy in the sense I want them to find out exactly whats wrong instead of brushing me off. I would definitely seek medical advice in your case. Hope it gets better/ has got better! Lewis.
  16. Your Kidding? I watched that bloody spools vid of yours the other day and it was all frechies! They looked big too! Shut up Mike!!! I dont agree with any of that! ok... maybe the tap!
  17. When I ride street I ride I ride I ride.... I cant sit around like some people. This doesnt exhaust me though. The two recent comps I have entered have been a completely different ball game. The fitness you need is specific to competition, I think stamina is heavily involved in comps too. In my opinion I think riding natural regularly will shape you into a better rider- fitness, balance, technique, power etc.
  18. Blindingsun I have amused myself by reading your stupid comments in this NMC. You seem to be all mouth but have you got the shizzle to back yourself up? i.e vid etc.. I bet you cant even ride a bike, you just know the moves because you watch youtube all day! Dont even bover comin bak wi a stupid coment innit just show us that you can ride innit...
