Basically I want to publish a new video in hd. my camera records .avi hd clips, all i want is to export it as a decent quality but a reasonable size, like ben rowlands does in his GET videos same sort of thing. Ive got Premiere Pro CS4. Any help will proper greatful cheers tom

Nope the one in the picture is a hope pro 2 135mm axle, just with needle roller bearings and heat treated springs. I've heard they are bringing out a mod hub but as i don't use a mod style rear end i haven't had to test it.

On the weekend sunday or monday after the party, ill be hanging sunday lol, and im on hol next week, but i dont have a car anymore its off the road for a while. Carbon Fibre, but Koxx named it the the "Karbon" im not gay! Next time i can ride will be at the hampshire thing, im bringing rossy g and dan grey along with me. would you still like them shoes? cant wait to ride it properly dude, went out on it for a half an hour last night rides nice but not used to it yet, so cant really give it my full opinion, but when i ride it, im sooo excited lol, im like a fat kid in a sweet shop

I must admit it looks gash in the pic but when you see it for real it would change your opinion, alot better in the flesh.
