Hi dude, you have stripped the thread inside the hub, so it wont engage, just send it back and they will replace the hub shell. regards Tom

i filed off the raised part under the lever where the bolt pokes through and put a nyloc nut on mine

This is so they can sell complete wheels cheaper than what people buy separate rims and hubs and get shop's to build them for etc. HOPE HOOPS!

You cant on the koxx karbon, because of the shape of the dropouts they aren't flat on the outside.

Ive got snail cams in my frame, with a pro 2. If people are wondering what N.R.B, this is a new change for the pro2 for 2010, It will have Needle Roller Bearings, and heat treated springs, I have been testing this hub for 11 months now and it has been the longest last hope I've had to date.
