Also, they will take one look at the IP log and account activity and trends, and notice straight away you are bull shitting. They'll probably still ban the account, either way, and possibly you for ever. E-mail, IP, name, paypal, etc etc, you get the idea. I don't even use eBay, but thats from past knowledge. IP is your internet address. Its unique to you, and doesn't change that often, sometimes never.

Copyright isn't and issue when coding for IPB. Its just "hacking". There are loads of hacks and add-ons to increase the functions and features of IPB, but creating such a hack is easer said then done. I could do it in around 10 minutes, what you suggested with the filters and such, but thats only if i understood completly how IPB worked, and understanding that is a whole project in itself. IPB is very complicated, and the code is highly refined.

Er, clue = you don't have. ADSL doesn't rock for peer to peer. The whole point of p2p is that you share. Sharing with a 1mb upload is wank. You want SDSL, which you can only do if you rent a line, or live anywhere else in the world. A friend was on 10mb SDSL (thats 10mb download and 10mb upload) 2 years ago in sweden. They've also released 1gbit home use lines in sweden, which aren't much more expensive then our top of the range packages here in the UK. NTL have been testing 24mbit since fall 2005, and be-online have been selling it for a month or two. Our lines are actually capable of a lot more, but if they released 40mbit internet, how would they grow? They wouldn't have anything to expand and sell up to, making the customer think there ISP is at the forefront of technology and upgrading their services.
