None of you are still not getting my point. Yes, but it wasn't at such a stupid price on release that they had to sell the console based solely on this fact, thats the point i'm trying to make. Quite boring?! Er, is that not kinda saying that a 300 quid console is as good as a 500 one? Yes, but there not selling a big high definition TV with the slogon "with the most expensive and most technologically advanced tv stand, ever!". I know Sony aren't selling it purely on Blu-Ray, but everyone else is. This is the whole point i'm trying to make. 500 quid, if it was 500 quid worth of graphics or interactivity, but not a 200 quid console with a 300 quid disc reader...

What what what. Hold on up here. I never said Blu-Ray was shit. I infact think its fooking excellent, however, people are trying to sell the PS3 on every feature it has except for its actual gaming capabilities, ie, the blu-ray stuft, and i think its kinda pathetic that for Sony to justify the insane price for a gaming console that they have to sell it on the fact it has some up and coming technology which no one really wants to back anyway, and the PS3 is just a means for Sony to push their technology over the competitors.

But again, your friend at work is trying to sell it because of some Blue Ray thing which hardly anyone has heard of it. I can't actually begin to explain how stupid that is, i can't even come up with a situation as stupid as that. I guess its kinda like putting a 10 grand top of the range ICE install in my 306. "Buy this car which no one wants, but hey, you get a top of the range cutting edge ICE install!". Wank example i know, but there we go.

Because, for some reason, it angers me that Sony believe they can charge 500+ quid for a fooking games console. Its simply mind boggling how they thought that was a good idea.

That was only for the 1st 100 customers, they also got a free Taxi ride home too. Thats what everyone is saying, making an excuse for the simply ridiculous price. End of the day, that's one of the main reasons people seem to be buying one, because its just a cheap alternative to another technology. Hell, a few game creators have retracted their release titles and waiting a few weeks because their scared they wont sell. I hope it falls even more on its arse then it already has.

Sony are having to bribe people to buy the console, otherwise its going to be a bigger f**k up then it already has become. Love it. Was hoping it would fail.

I'm impatient, and this, to be honest, is dragging on quite considerably. Keep unfolding new stuff and not explaining anything. The only thing that was explained recently was the submarine, and hell, we only learn't of that like 2 or 3 episodes ago, and its already gone.

There's no feeling, no weight to it. I know its only temporary, but it may as well just be an un-style bullet list. However, looking through the graphics bit, it looks like you are super talented, but if i went to the site without looking through that, i would of been like, "what the f**k is this", kind of thing. Centre it around the graphics that you've created, and don't sideline them. Hell, look at Brendans for pretty much that, as it looks like you have the same sort of style going on.

Pretty sure the train bit is fake? Filmed a train going past, then filmed the gap, overlayed. After he gaps, he has to bring the bike in to try and keep it, therefore leaning back a bit, at which point the train would of wiped him out. But man, how frigging huge are you, you dwarf that bike, and that bike is massive.

That site is f**king aweful. There's no logical structure to the way the videos are laid out. Someone's also forgot to press enter after writing paragraphs so paragraphs don't actually relate to the video you'd think it is near. Awesome video though, think you need a better camera man though. Where does it say that? Think the whole purpose of this thread is to clear up the misconceptions that people have of the law, to not only help us, but also to stop us from looking stupid by making up mythical laws.
