I always used custom settings though, put the sound quality down, and the video up. Just test a few, see which is best quality for the size.

Try uploading it again? Maybe it broke on upload? Reading through, i would put it down to that. As you viewed it on your PC via network or CD i guess? With a big upload like that, at that length, it could very well be that. Only suggestion is try and upload again, get someone to test download it, and see if it is that, or if its something more underlying.

Nahah. If you try and right click and save it, it will only save a HTML document. It's how Trials-Shack used to work, and it's how video host's like dvideo's can run, as every hit has to be a page view first, which means almost quadruple the chance for advertising to be seen, and clicked.
