DUDE!!!! Seriously cool video!! loved it!! and the music/ camera work went together like steak and chips i noticed a clip that was shot in canterbury if im right? anyways whats that song called? do you live in kent??
-
yeah hairspray is a very good, but if your not a poof and dont have any to hand, use gt85 just as good, i use it all the time at work when doing repairs.
-
erm i dunno if they're the same echo forks but a friend of mine who has a pair, his one's flex like a bloody spring, its looks really unsafe, i'd never buy a set of echo forks after seeing that.
-
lol no they're not!!! you will find that my kona forks are lighter than most of the onza alu forks or pretty much most alu forks to that matter
-
i ride kona project two forks (the triple butted cromo forks) they are actually really light about 795g and they dont flex either, have v and disk mounts and are only about 70quid.
-
why dont you send them an email?? im sure they would be the best people to ask.
-

What Cassette Shall I Run On A Hope Xc Rear Hub?
luccosleeps replied to steve-o1986's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
if you want to go 6speed then go into your local halfords and ask them to order in a koxx trial 6speed casette, its £36 and the gear ratio's are 13-18 which is perfect if you run a 22tooth sprocket on the front. -
Come on guys and Girls, someone must have an opinion?
-
Halfords maybe?? only the biggest bike store in the uk, but yes they do sell axles because i work at one of them. They're about £9.99 i believe i do a variety of different lengths. cheers

Yeah the leeson is being built to my specifications, can't actually wait untill it's done, i think clive said it should be ready a round about the first week of april which isn't bad really. But yeah i can see what you mean though, i've bought an avid ultimate as my rear brake which is pretty much the best v brake you can get, so i think it'd be wise of me to get the bb7. cheers

hello again, Bike weight has always been a huge factor in biketrials and many riders (including me in the past) obsess about getting the bike as light as possible. However many riders have all these extremely light bikes but themselves weigh well over their optimum body weight. not saying their fat at all, far from it, but theres absolutely no point in my view worrying about the diffference between a 200g difference between two tyres when your 3000 - 4000g heavier than your ideal bodyweigh. Especially if you drink a fair bit or have an unhealthy diet. also body strength can make a massive difference to performance on your bike, doing press ups reguarly for example. these two can be summed up by your 'power to weight' ratio. Ryan leech is a great example. hes not a big guy and hes really quite skinny but very very strong, his fitness and high power to weight ratio contributes a great deal to the stuff hes able to do on the bike. Be interested to know what you guys think and whether you do any fitness/strength work to improve your riding. cheers

Hmmmm cheers for the pointers anyways, i'll bear it in mind when my leeson finally gets here and will probably stretch out for the bb7 just because i know that i'll end up doing it anyway some time or another. (hate working in a bike shop, spend all my bloody money in it) haha cheers
-
yeah its a 180, well i can easily stretch to the bb7 but i was just wondering wether if it was worth pushing the extra as i dont have a bike to test it out on at the moment (wish clive would hurry) haha.

heya guys and girls, just been thinking about getting a front cable disk for when my leeson arrives, now i've been offered by my mate a shimano deore cable disk with 180mm rotor but im not too sure on how well it'd perform. i tried out a hayes mx5 cable disk on a 160 rotor and that was fine even on a suspension fork it still locked up really well. But this is another problem, i know that the avid bb7 is really good and heard really good things about it but would it be worth spending £80 just to get a little bit more power? post your opinions but nothing homosexual or noobish ok? cheers
-
lol jesus mate!! are you wanting to die!!! hahaha tar on a front brake is lethal and shouldnt only be used in a REAL emergency haha deary me.
-
surprising enough the shimano deore hydro disk feels very close to sex when setup right, a work college of mine has one on his xc bike and the braking power is absolutely amazing and for the price you can't go wrong. shimano deore disk £49!!!! half price am so tempted to get one, just means i gotta get a new wheel too, dammnit lol

i wouldnt go to nass as its not outdoor and plus the camping is two miles away!! takes the piss really what happened to somerset?

Heat Sink Vids Were From?
luccosleeps replied to Danny Swindlehurst's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
i didnt know they did vidz, just google it might be something there. -
its alright, nothing special really.
-
i'd say get 1 front 1 rear as the front doesnt take as much of a beating as the back
-
well he does america and canada because thats where he's from. i personally think he's an amazing rider, definately rides in a league of his own. the only uk riders i actually enjoy to watch are people john shrewsbury, clem craig (you know it baby ) mat staples etc, they seem to have a flow about them which is what i like.
