Just finished watching it, was about five minutes worth of trials and a little interview type thing with ash at the end, riders were danny butler,ashley butler and ben slinger(i think?). Quite cool i suppose but not really worth missing work to watch or something.

At school I can do one mile in 5 min 47 but when we do the longer runs I do 3 miles in about 20mins. which works out longer. Any of you do the cooper test? Joe :(

In one of the latest MBUK's they review a whole load of lids. I would recommend a giro xen or giro semi-mx they are the same shape as lids but have vents in the back to keep you cool.

errr no. Only the pre-2004 t-birds come with 20''ers. 2004 +2005 come with ronnies.

I've never tryed doing them until I drop but i do 20 to 1 most nights which is a lot of pressups but inbetween i do sit-ups to rest my arms. I reccomend 20-1 build stamina up soooooo much. (20 pressups 20 situps 19 pressups 19 situps 18 pressups 18 situps ........1 pressup 1 sit up sleep)
