find yourself a decent frame with oversized steerer tube and good clerance for the tire..... my advice buy a trials frame...i have experence with cutting frames and its hard to make a good one....u end up with a heavy frame ,low bb rise, long cs,short wb...if u shorten the cs the wb becomes even shorter....if u rise the bb,the head angle is bad....and the list goes on.....

ive painted the front rim to mach the red try all on the back

wb: 1090 bb rise: + 1,5 cs : 380 and it is light :1.7 kilograms

the 26 bike is carbon its a custom frame i think. the 20" frame is made by magellan witch is from hungary, they have a 26"frame at the same price
