Depends which you think feels better really, if you get an ENO, some people would prefer it to a Profile etc. But I've got a king, it was far better than my ACS, and you can really feel the engagement difference to a Profile. Wait for some other replys, 'cause I don't really know much about freewheels. Mat

You will need a fixed rear wheel, with a 12T cog, and a freewhell(acs, tensile, eno etc.) Or A rear Profile/Echo/King whatever, and a 18T front cog(Echo, plaz etc.) Aslong as the ratio is 18:12 or 18:13 depending on your cranks, it will be fine. You can run a rear freewheel, 16T or something and a 22T front fixed cog, but it's abit pointless. Mat

Practise, I know it doesn't just work like that, but it seriously does. Get some pallets or something, and just push yourself, once you can get it like 5 times, make it bigger, and you will just learn alot easyer, well I did anyway. Mat

Are you running a disk? as my front hog(drilled sides) has gone through alot of harsh stuff, I run next to no psi lol, and it's fine, propper strong. Or you could get the none drilled onza, it's the same lol. You don't really dent front rim's very easy anyway. Mat

Everyone gets them, they will go after a while and just turn into hard skin. It's normal really. Get some nice foam grips and everythin' will be dandy. Mat
