What frame and BB and you running atm? If you have a freewheel on already then you will still be able to fit one. And the rear hub/wheel you buy (if fixed) will most likely come with a 12 or 13T cog, which is good. Mat

My front cog has eaten my trousers hehe. Not as much though, I can feel such a difference from an ACS, I had to put alot more effort in, weird to explain. Good luck. Mat
