Just a quickie, it is fatmike, not fat mike. (And don't any of you mods dare change it :-) And yes, the solid bench, about a foot high, went up my ass. Good one james. ;) Bloody gingers.

It went all the way round, so just above my ankle was on the floor. I open the video in virtualdub, can go through the video frame by frame, and just print screen the one you want. :D

Just basically upped the wall on the left, jumped off, and well, you can see what happened: This is the best one ;) Enjoy! Mike.

Just ordered about 50. :D I wonder if they'll sell on ebay. ;)"

*Cough* you're welcome. Aye, Tom. I still don't know why you have so many problems with maguras, they just really don't like you! A decent booster, decent pads (such as heatsinks, with your choice of 50mm maggie pads), and decent converters will do you grand. Good cables are a must too. (Like my XTR you can have (Y)) You've not got much to loose by trying it anyway. Mike.

Ace vid, nice one for putting it all up. ;) Some good filming at times. Sorry for getting in the way on the 1st bit though. :"> Mike. (Y)

Yeah man, i remember spending the whole of boxing day building the k'nex roller coaster up with my dad. Oh how times have changed. (Y) Good fun though, they are damn cool. (Y)

Haha, awsome. (Y) Nice one fork. You're doing a damn good job, respect. (Y) ;) Mike.

If you're getting arm pump, a great idea would be to buy a powerball. They strengthen your grip, and your forarms, making great training, you can do whilst on the pc/watching t.v www.powerballs.com Good fun too. Basically, they've just got a giroscope inside a ball, which by rotations of the wrist, gets faster and faster, and puts immense pressure on your arm! There's a video of the guy who's got the world record (fastest RPM, at 15332 i think), and you can see the kind of force needed to get the high speeds! Definately something to try. Also, good brakes are a must to not get arm pump! Even if it's just for a comp or something, a little tar, or ensuring you've got a decent brake will do you good. Mike. :S

oh my god, i just got back (after dealing with about 30 people talking to me on msn :P) I have never had so much fun in my life! :S Thanks so much to all the guys who cheered me on, it was such a blast, and was so cool. A massive thanks to mavic for making the banner as well! I went to find it at the end, but couldn't. Scott Walker & Co. were holding it up today. :) Saturday was awsome, everyone was riding well, and props to everyone for busting out some big moves, + getting the crowd going. And well done to the three other guys who got through to the semi-final. I took two front-heavy crashes, resulting in a ) fork legs twisted and b ) (after attemting to bridge between two sets of sleepers) the disk mounts snapping off. After failing to recieve a donation of forks from selectbikes, Martyn Ashton went round collecting money of riders and the crowd, in aid of the "Fatmike Fork Fund". He got enough to buy me some echo urbans from X-st! :P I reckon i was riding a little better on saturday, a little more controlled, and nailed some things i couldn't do on sunday, still with a couple of largeish moves, and with the aid of the crowd, i managed to get through. :P) After arriving at the show on sunday at about 12, i had a little while to stretch, and wake up. (Out riding till 11 saturday night) The show kicked off with Andy P and Nick Manning, both busting out some crazy lines, and really pushing themselves. Big up them. :P Next up were me + Jon Shrewsbury, who was pulling some sick moves, doing some big stuff, and taking a nasty crash! (Got on my camera :P) I did some ok stuff, was pleased that i got up onto the highest part of the course and gapped down to the round things, even after taking a damn funny crash on landing on my third go! Jon was definately on top form, and deserved to go through to get 2nd place. I met bigman, pierre, nick and crew, and also pete wright. :) Who finally gave me the £8 for the booster i gave him at DJ's funeral. Result! From the two groups of two, Andy P got 1st place, and Jon got 2nd, they both fully deserved it, and i wish them best of luck on the m-a-d team! :P I'm sure vids and pics will follow. :P Mike.

Jesus christ jon. Just 'cause your life "sucks so much", no need to take it out on everyone else. I'm sure if i, and anyone else on here broke there arm they'd be gutted and would probably post on here. *slaps*
-
Haha, not a bad one. :) Last year's trials-forum one was good too. Had lots of people fooled. I completely forgot today. :D I would've *tried pulled some mint ones! :D Ah well. Next year. Mike.

Dunno about that even... Definately sitting on that freewheel/cog, the chain definately goes onto the teeth. :- I aim to please. :-

Only one freewheel. :- Frame looks pretty good, nice colour. Not much more i can add. Mike.
-
Well i know control's have been around for nearly a year... Nothing wrong with fast progression anyway. (Y)

Hop Idol final, good bargains. :D Most of the rest of the riding will be shit as everyone will be knackered!. :P I'll probably be wondering round on my own on sunday (especially if i don't get into the final), as none of my mates are going then! If you see me, give me a shout. :) Mike.
